Our Selection Process is unlike anything you've ever seen! We have created a holistic assessment model that goes far beyond a test, valuing the talent, skills and performance of each candidate. The assessment, inspired by the American model, is divided into three axes and is 100% online, ensuring that you can apply to our selection process from anywhere in the world.
In the first stage, you will have a personalized experience with Brazil's first adaptive test, 100% authored. You choose whether to take it remotely or on the Inteli campus.
Challenge: Solve 20 math and logic questions in up to 2 hours.
In the second stage, we want to get to know the person behind the candidate. Share what motivates you, your achievements and your life goals.
ChallengeWrite two essays on topics proposed by Inteli and present extracurricular activities and merits received throughout your journey.
In the third stage, we want to get to know the leader in you. We're going to propose a topic for group discussion, and you'll have to study it until your dynamic is scheduled.
Challenge: Work on your critical thinking, communication and collaboration skills in a group dynamic.

In the first stage, you take part in a unique and personalized experience: the first adaptive test in Brazil. You choose how you want to take it: remotely or in person on our campus.
Please note: this is the only elimination stage in the process.

From 20 to 27/10
In the second stage, we want to get to know the person behind the candidate. Take the opportunity to include awards, extracurricular activities and personal achievements.
ChallengeWrite two essays: one on leadership experiences and the other on a vision of the future in technology and business. You will send everything via our Adalove platform.
From 20/10 to 28/11
In the third stage, we want to get to know the leader in you. We're going to propose a topic for group discussion, and you'll have to study it until your dynamic is scheduled.
Challenge: Study the topic and present your critical thinking, communication and collaboration skills in an online group dynamic.
