PROBLEM: To develop an application based on natural language processing capable of monitoring Marketing Campaigns and Feedback via customer comments.
OBJECTIVE: To develop a solution for monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns.

PROBLEM: Challenge students to create a solution that is more effective than the existing solution.
OBJECTIVE:To measure customer sentiment towards Uber by developing an application using natural language.
